DESCRIPTION
This honing machine combines the following three features:

  • rotating and tilting head;
  • automatic wheel downfeed;
  • rotary chuck with speed regulator;

for honing bevelled disk blades and surface smoothing work, like a conventional honing machine.

Mechanical features:

  • Automatic or manual grinding wheel downfeed unit with adjustable grinding wheel feed from 0.001 with automatic stop at preset height;
  • Head tilting range 0°-70°, for grinding of circular blades, using an easy to read vernier scale;
  • Grinding wheel motor with forward and reverse rotation direction for perfect grinding of any angle;
  • Variable or constant speed rotating mechanical chuck for level grinding operations;
  • Chain driven rotating chuck;
  • Work time controlled by timer.

  • Grinding motor 3.6 kW (5 HP);
  • Magnetic chuck Ø300 standard or thick polarity;
  • Variable rotating chuck speed 3 - 35 RPM;
  • Segments holding ring Ø150;
  • Spark out adjustment cycle;
  • Water cleaner with paper filter automatic or manual and external tank;
  • Water cleaner with magnetic disks and external tank;
  • Suction system (pressurised closed cabin);
  • Running vertical column 310 mm;
  • Halogen lamp.
