DESCRIPTION
The new M.V.M. band saw blade sharpener is designed to address the problem of sharpening and servicing on band blades for woodwork, bimetallic band blades for ferrous metals, band blades with hard-metal facing, and special band blades for plastics or food. The machine can also be set to sharpen variable pitch band saws. This type of machine cuts down grinding times and improves grinding quality, lengthening the blade’s working life.

DESCRIPTION
The new M.V.M. setter solves all quality and speed problems linked to tooth setting on band saws. With this type of setter, users can choose between the continuous setting, where all the teeth are bent one after another, or alternate setting, wherein one straight tooth is followed by two bent teeth. In addition, the feed pitch adjustment can be used to obtain a one straight/one bent tooth setting.
