DOUBLE GRINDING HEAD

 

DESCRIPTION
Designed for high volume grinding work places in order to save grinding wheel change over time and so further optimise the grinding working cycle, these grinding machines feature one roughing grinding wheel head and one finishing grinding wheel head.
The two heads are independent and work separately on the same work-piece during different working cycle stages with no operator intervention required.

LASER SYSTEM

DESCRIPTION
This is an automatic system that fully controls grinding wheel approach to the work-piece and is suitable for both HSS and TCT industrial knives. Sensors track the exact position of the blade being processed while a detector measures grinding wheel wear, thereby ensuring the grinding wheel positions itself on the work-piece gently and accurately.

  • Knife position read by laser detector;
  • Grinding wheel wear detector;
  • Tolerance 0.02 mm.
