M.V.M. helps the customer find and choose exactly the right parts for their machine.We also supply a Spare Parts Catalogue, enclosed in the packaging, which contains an exploded view of the machine and our references codes.

 Assistance

M.V.M. offers complete customer service by phone, fax or email. We offer real-time problem-solving which means customers can contact our engineers directly for technical enquiries concerning both electronic and mechanical problems.

 Manintenance

The M.V.M. repair centre offers a full maintenance service, including call-out, for:

  • Repair work on the machine;
  • Replacement of worn or broken parts;
  • New part fittings;
  • Scheduled maintenance and servicing requested by the customer.

“Scheduled maintenance” refers to any preventative servicing carried out to maintain machine efficiency and keep productivity constant. It is carried out as a precautionary measure before the worn parts can cause damage or sudden breakdowns, to avert repairs which would stop production and involve further expense to restore the company’s production capacity.
