Cooling lubricant fluids can be contaminated by bacteria, yeast and fungi, which quickly deteriorate the liquid by proliferating in the emulsion.
Spreading in the environment in the form of bioaerosols they may cause respiratory and skin diseases, one of the main reasons for the microbiological contamination of water in the oily mixture is the poor maintenance and infrequent replacement of the emulsion.
In order to keep the refrigerant liquid in good condition even during the HOLIDAYS, MVM Srl recommends using sanitising solutions when completely replacing the emulsion or preservatives when replacing the liquid is not crucial.
To sanitise cooling systems and prevent the early development of bacterial loads, we recommend using MVM SR2 sanitising detergent that can be added directly to the emulsion should you wish to completely change the emulsion, the product must be added before the start of the last work shift. It requires 6-24 hours for the best result. There is no need to interrupt system operation when using the detergent.
Once sanitising is complete, it is recommended to completely replace the cooling liquid with the new emulsion and use a MVM OK preserved product to minimise the formation of new microbiological loads. The product must be added to the oil as soon as emulsified to prevent the growth of the microbial load and the consequent deterioration of the preservative.
It can be dosed every week or every two weeks, depending on emulsion consumption.
