The CK 300 TH sharpening machine is equipped with a double grinding head, a technological solution that allows for the simultaneous machining of bevels on both sides of the circular knife. This system significantly reduces cycle times and achieves a superior burr-free cutting edge finish. Furthermore, the machine offers maximum operational flexibility by being able to sharpen knives with a single bevel as well.

Machining is performed using emulsion coolant or full oil, making the CK 300 TH highly effective for sharpening knives made from various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, HSS, and solid carbide. This adaptability ensures high-quality results regardless of the production requirements.

Parameter management is simple and immediate thanks to the PC panel with touch screen display and a menu-driven operator interface. This system allows the CK 300 TH to sharpen batches of knives to the exact same diameter, ensuring high precision and repeatability. The operator can constantly monitor the current consumption of the grinding spindle motors, the remaining machining time, and the total duration of the automatic cycle on the screen.

To maximize production efficiency and reduce downtime, the CK 300 TH sharpening machine can be equipped, upon request, with a remote assistance programme. This service allows for specialized technical support and rapid diagnostic interventions directly from a remote location.
