REKORD 500 CNC

CNC sharpening machine for sharpening HSS, friction and solid carbide circular saws.

The REKORD 500 CNC grinding machine uses CBN or diamond grinding wheels to ensure high surface quality and maximum precision, minimising machining times. The machine allows the use of both cooling lubricant emulsion and neat oil, depending on operational requirements.

Thanks to its fully digital and intuitive programming, the grinding machine can also be used by operators with little experience. Data is entered via an easy-to-learn guided menu displayed on a large screen that assists the operator at every stage of the process.

The tooth angles can be set freely and individually in order to obtain the tooth geometry best suited to the material to be cut. The geometry and profile of the tooth are calculated and programmed automatically by the CNC according to DIN standards, but can still be modified easily and immediately as required.

The high-pressure lubrication and cooling system ensures optimal cooling during machining, while the automatic filtering and control systems keep the lubricant and coolant clean and efficient at all times, guaranteeing consistent performance over time.
