MICRON 650

The MICRON 650 sharpening machine is equipped with PLC control and stands out for its ease of use: it can be programmed and operated even by operators without particular experience. Adjustments are made using simple and precise mechanical controls and a control panel that allows all operating phases to be performed sequentially and intuitively.

Designed for the production of chip-breaking teeth, ideal for cutting pipes, this type of sharpening ensures greater feed speed, longer circular blade life, and better cut finish quality.

The work cycle is fully automatic and is carried out in a single rotation of the circular saw, with an automatic stop at the end of the operation, ensuring precision and reducing manual intervention.

The grinding wheel's electric spindle is pressurised and controlled by an inverter. This technology allows the rotation speed to be varied electronically, optimising the performance of the grinding wheel according to its diameter and ensuring maximum machining efficiency.
