POLAR ACM 650

The POLAR ACM 650 chamfering machine is equipped with PLC control, which allows for simple and intuitive programming, making it suitable even for operators with little experience. The machine is adjusted using a control panel and precise mechanical controls, with an easy-to-manage sequence of operations.

It is designed for chamfering AW, BW, and C profile teeth on HSS and segmented circular saws, ensuring uniform, high-quality results across different types of blades.

The machining cycle is fully automatic and is completed in a single blade rotation, with an automatic stop at the end of the process. The working speed is particularly high: the machine is capable of chamfering up to 70 teeth per minute, ensuring significant productivity and precision.

The mechanical dressing device maintains the correct geometry of the grinding wheel, ensuring perfect and regular chamfering throughout the entire production cycle, minimizing errors and material waste.
