CK 500

The CK 500 sharpening and bevelling machine is an extremely versatile solution, designed to ensure reduced set-up times and high operating efficiency. It is perfectly suited for sharpening carbon steel, stainless steel, HSS, and solid carbide knives, delivering high-precision results for every application.

Machining can be performed using either cooling lubricant emulsion or neat oil, depending on specific production requirements. Programming is simple and intuitive thanks to the PC panel with touch screen display and a guided menu operator interface, which allows for easy parameter setting and seamless management of machine operations.

The CK 500 is capable of processing batches of knives with a single-sided bevel of the same diameter, counter-knives of the same thickness, and knives with a double-sided bevel and centred cutting edge. If necessary, it can maintain the same diameter across the batch, ensuring maximum consistency and quality.

The control system displays the current consumption of the grinding spindle motor, the remaining machining time, and the total duration of the automatic cycle, providing the operator with constant and accurate monitoring. On request, the CK 500 can be equipped with a remote assistance programme, allowing for rapid technical support and remote interventions to minimize downtime.
