The KX250 is a high power sharpening and grinding machine designed for precision sharpening and surface grinding of straight industrial blades used in a wide range of manufacturing industries.

The KX250 grinding machine is available with grinding lengths ranging from 1000 mm up to 7100 mm, and even longer for special grinding applications. This extended grinding capacity makes it suitable for sharpening and grinding large industrial knives and steel plates.

The machine is equipped with a high power grinding wheel motor, allowing both knife sharpening operations and precision surface grinding.

A Siemens PLC control system (CNC machine) manages the grinding wheel downfeed and carriage movement throughout the different stages of the working cycle, ensuring precise, repeatable and automated grinding processes.

The heavy-duty reinforced machine base provides excellent stability during grinding operations, while fully covered upper and side guides ensure reliability and long service life.

The KX250 can be used as a knife sharpening machine and industrial knife grinding machine for a wide range of straight blades, including:
