MVM ultrasonic washing machines are designed for the professional cleaning of cutting tools and components, providing an effective solution for removing contaminants that can accumulate on their surfaces during industrial use.

Ultrasonic cleaning combines three actions: the chemical action of the detergent, the thermal action of the heated liquid and ultrasonic cavitation. This process makes it possible to remove both organic contaminants, such as grease, oil and resin, and inorganic residues, including machining debris and metal salts.

The ultrasonic cavitation generated inside the washing tank produces an intensive cleaning action that reaches the surfaces of the tools and helps remove residues efficiently, even when conventional cleaning methods may be less effective.

For companies involved in the maintenance, sharpening and reconditioning of industrial cutting tools, an industrial ultrasonic washing machine can therefore become an important part of the tool maintenance process.
